Standard shipping rates apply to all orders unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive tracking information within 1 to 3 business days.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow additional time for carrier transit and delivery after your tracking information has been provided.
Buttas and Warm Weather Shipping
Our Buttas are sensitive to extreme heat and may soften or melt during warm weather.
To help protect your product during warmer months, Buttas may be shipped using special cooling packaging.
Warm weather shipping period: May 1 through October 1.
During this period, shipping rates for Buttas may increase to cover the additional packaging required to help protect the product during transit.
Upon arrival, store Buttas in a cool, dry place or at room temperature and keep them away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Because temperature conditions can vary during shipping, some softening may occur. This does not necessarily affect the quality or usability of the product.
